Terms of service

The service

TenderAIHUB analyzes the tender documents you upload (PDF, including scanned pages) and produces: extracted requirements and criteria with traceable citations, a compliance checklist, and PDF, XLSX and DOCX exports. The service assists your analysis: it does not replace your human or legal validation, and the final submission decision is yours.

Account

You create your account with accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Use of the service within an organization is governed by the roles (owner, admin, member) defined in the dashboard.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page, in US dollars, and processed by Stripe. In short:

• Subscriptions — 14 days, money-back guarantee

  For 14 days after purchase, a full refund on simple request, no justification needed. After that period, the subscription remains cancellable at any time in one click from the dashboard: it stops renewing and stays active until the end of the current period, with no prorated refund.

• One-time purchases — refundable as long as no analysis has been launched

  A launched analysis is a consumed service (real OCR and analysis cost). As long as no analysis has been launched on the project, the purchase is refundable for 14 days.

• Credits

  Each plan grants analysis credits (1 analysis per credit). Credits granted by a one-time purchase do not expire; subscription credits are renewed each period.

• Refund requests

  Write to contact@tenderaihub.com: handled within 3 business days, refunded via Stripe to your original payment method. Full details are in our privacy policy, Refunds section.

Acceptable use

You use the service for lawful activities and upload only documents you have the right to have analyzed. It is forbidden to attempt to access other organizations' data, bypass service limits, or disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

Your documents remain yours: we only use them to provide the service. The analyses produced from your documents belong to you. The platform, its brand and its code remain the property of TenderAIHUB.

Disclaimer

The service provides analysis assistance: extractions, checklists and exports are decision aids, not legal advice. No result guarantees the award or success of a submission. Always verify the original documents before bidding.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TenderAIHUB's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the last three months. Nothing in these terms limits your refund right described above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. A substantial change will be announced on the site.
