Hosted in Canada, isolated per organization
Documents are hosted at OVHcloud in Beauharnois, Quebec, and isolated per organization. When AI analysis is enabled, excerpts are sent to Anthropic or OpenAI to produce the analysis. Human validation remains mandatory.

Is this official access to SEAO?
No. TenderAIHUB is neither affiliated with nor certified by SEAO. You upload the documents you obtained.
Which formats are accepted?
PDF for dossiers, up to 50 MB per file and 2,000 pages. Excel price schedules are accepted in the dedicated panel.
Does the analysis guarantee compliance?
No. It extracts and traces requirements; the decision and validation remain human and legal.
Are my documents used to train an AI?
Excerpts sent to the provider are used to produce the answer, under its API terms. The privacy policy details the providers.
