Billing FAQ
What counts as a submission?
A submission = one complete analysis of a tender package (all of the project's PDFs, annexes included). A credit is set aside when the analysis starts.
When is the credit consumed?
Exactly once, at the first successful analysis. Relaunching an already-completed analysis consumes a new credit.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly: credits expire at the end of the monthly cycle and are renewed with each invoice. Quarterly: at the end of the three-month cycle. One-time purchase: valid for one year.
What are the page, file and storage limits?
Each PDF can weigh up to 160 MB. All of a project's PDFs are analyzed together; there is no configured page limit, and scanned pages go through OCR automatically.
What happens if an analysis fails?
You are not charged: the reserved credit is automatically released and the analysis can be relaunched for free from the dashboard or the project workspace.
How do I get a refund?
Within 14 days of purchase: full refund for subscriptions, no conditions; one-time purchases are refundable as long as no analysis has been launched. Write to contact@tenderaihub.com — handled within 3 business days via Stripe.
